TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Due to the weight of the container and trucks Regional Dumpster CANNOT and WILL NOT be responsible for or held liable for any damage to any pavement, concrete, or any surface it is placed on or any access/route provided for the equipment.
Please load the dumpster level with side rails. Anything above the side rails will need to be removed and a minimum charge of $35 depending on the amount of time/items it takes to level the load. Dumpster must be SAFE to haul over the road.
Customer is responsible for indemnifying Regional Dumpster for excessive damage to our equipment while in your care. Any fines, injuries, lawsuits of any kind, improper use or access will be the customer’s responsibility. Customer agrees to never move dumpster on their own. Only agents of Regional Dumpster can move or remove said equipment.
ON-SITE Relocation fee $100.00 OFF-SITE Relocation fee $150.00 (within 10 miles)
Dumpster MUST BE ACCESSIBLE for service. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure dumpster remains unobstructed by vehicles, equipment, supplies, structures, new landscape, etc. Area must be PLOWED and SANDED in the winter season. A $100 minimum non-service fee will apply if we are unable to provide service as requested.
NO HAZARDOUS MATERIALS. THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN AND MUST NEVER BE PLACED IN OUR DUMPSTERS. ASBESTOS OF ANY KIND, RADIOACTIVE, BIOLOGICAL, MEDICAL, PCB, OR FOOD WASTE. ANY LIQUID WASTE (FUELS, OILS, GASSES, SOLVENTS, PAINT, THINNERS), ENGINES, FUEL TANKS (OIL/GAS/PROPANE), RAILROAD TIES, ROCKS, DIRT, ASPHALT, CONCRETE.
DEBRIS PLACED IN THE DUMPSTER DEEMED HAZARDOUS AND REJECTED BY THE TRANSFER STATION WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER WITH ADDITIONAL TRUCKING AND HANDLING FEES APPLIED. Customer agrees to be held liable for any and all hazardous material that is placed into the dumpster and will be responsible/liable for proper disposal and cleanup including all costs and fees.
Rejected load fee – $250.00. Re-haul trucking fee – $100 per hour. Rejected load daily rental fee $25.00.
Leaving our dumpsters unattended does not excuse liability or charges for overages or hazardous materials. Regional Dumpster is not responsible for additional disposal fee due to inclement weather.
THE FOLLOWING IS A PARTIAL LIST OF ITEMS THAT REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE BY THE TRANSFER STATION/DISPOSAL SITE.
Any CRT (TV, computer monitor) $40.00 each. Mattresses $40.00 each. Anything that contains FREON $40.00 each (refrigerators, air conditioners, etc.) Car tires $40.00 each. Truck/equipment tires $50.00 each and up. Fluorescent bulbs $15.00 each.
Total charges will be determined after your dumpster has been removed and brought to transfer station for weighing. Any weight overages or additional fees are payable immediately. The credit card maintained on file will be used in the event of delinquent outstanding balances. When you authorize the use of your credit card as a form of payment for initial service, you further authorize any and all additional fees be applied to the same credit card. A statement and weight slip (if needed) reflecting any additional fees will be sent to the billing address on file.
